Empowering individuals and systems through value-driven, evidence-based behavioral support.
Rooted in Purpose
Where Compassion Meets Clarity
Founded by Jenn Emnott, MA, BCBA, MindRight Behavior was created to do things differently — with heart, purpose, and personalized support that meets each person where they are.
Jenn launched MindRight to claim autonomy in care delivery, stepping away from insurance-driven limitations to build a model that truly reflects what families need. Our commitment is to provide evidence-based services shaped by real lives, not billing codes — services that empower families, reduce barriers, and foster lasting growth.
At MindRight, compassion guides how we connect, and clarity defines how we help families and systems move forward.
Built from Experience. Designed with Intention.
For more than 15 years, Jenn Emnott has devoted her career to supporting individuals with disabilities through the principles of applied behavior analysis. She began as a behavior technician, spending five years working directly with children and families across home, school, and community settings.
As her career advanced, Jenn became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and stepped into leadership as a Clinical Director, and eventually Director of Operations. In these roles, she mentored teams, built sustainable systems, and ensured quality across programs.
While she valued the impact of this work, Jenn also felt the constraints of traditional models that too often placed insurance requirements above family needs. She knew there had to be a better way — one that aligned with her values and vision.
That’s when she asked herself: “Why not now?”
MindRight Behavior & Consulting was her answer.
“MindRight Behavior & Consulting was created to be a place where people, systems, and organizations are supported to blossom to their full potential — with clarity, compassion, and purpose.”

Turning Vision Into Action
Jenn’s foundational strength is organization — a skill that, combined with her clinical background in behavior analysis, forms the heart of her consulting work. She has a talent for identifying gaps, visualizing what’s possible, and building the tools and systems needed to bring ideas to life.
But vision alone isn’t enough. Jenn credits her trusted team of consultants and partners for helping transform those ideas into real, meaningful supports for families and organizations. Together, they blend expertise, creativity, and compassion to create sustainable change — proving that the best outcomes come from collaboration.

Starting MindRight Behavior & Consulting wasn’t just a professional milestone — it was personal. Jenn built MindRight to be the kind of environment she had always envisioned: one that values collaboration, clarity, and care at every level.
It’s a space where families feel heard and genuinely supported.
It’s a space where consultants are empowered to lead with authenticity, creativity, and purpose.
And it’s a space where the systems behind the services are as thoughtful and intentional as the care being delivered.
MindRight is more than a company — it’s a reflection of the values that matter most to Jenn and her team, lived out in the way they support every client, caregiver, and partner.
A Company That Reflects What Matters Most
More Than a Team — A Community
At MindRight Behavior, we don’t just work alongside each other; we grow together. Our consultants bring unique strengths and experiences, and we rely on one another for support, collaboration, and perspective. That sense of community allows us to lead with authenticity, resilience, and care.
For the families we serve, that means they don’t just receive the support of one consultant — they gain the collective knowledge, creativity, and commitment of our entire team.

“Our team is more than qualified — we are deeply committed. We care about your growth and the environment you’re able to do it in as much as we care about our own.”
